Job summary

Oklahoma State University–Stillwater campus is seeking a capable administrator to coordinate maintenance of all OSU courses and sections in the student information system and scheduling software. You will plan and deliver each semester's class schedule, assign classrooms, and oversee the scheduling team.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff while ensuring policy-driven exceptions are approved.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in a higher education setting.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• High School/GED degree must be conferred on or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of OSU courses in the student information system and scheduling software.
• Plan, develop, deliver, and maintain each semester's class schedule, including classroom assignments.
• Manage the course management and classroom scheduling team.
• Coordinate and lead training efforts across campus and approve course/classroom exceptions per OSU policy.
