Job summary

Oklahoma State University Stillwater is seeking an Event Specialist to design, organize, and execute events for CVM, supervising student workers. You will schedule venues, catering, attendee experience, registrations, invoices, and reports to ensure smooth operations and high customer service.

The role requires strong organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills, with occasional evenings and weekends. It may involve both in-person and virtual events and potential shifts during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School or GED with four years related experience, or two years post-secondary with two years related experience.
• Experience operating audio-visual equipment.
• Must be able to meet start date requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and execute CVM events.
• Create and process registrations, invoices and receipts.
• Promote events and recruit sponsors.
• Maintain accurate reports and sponsorship database.
• Support both face-to-face and virtual events.
