Responsibilities

Assist daily facility operations including staffing, maintenance coordination, and policy enforcement.
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate student staff across Operations.
Ensure facilities meet high cleanliness and readiness standards through inspections.
Support customer service by maintaining welcoming, clean, and safe facilities.
Assist with payroll processing, budgeting, and inventory management for supplies and equipment.
Contribute to risk management through safety audits and emergency planning.
Monitor safety standards and best practices across the department.
Develop and deliver safety training for student staff, emphasizing emergency response.
Provide on-site supervision during evenings and weekends as needed.
