Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Texas is seeking an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to assist with managing customer accounts and placing product orders.

This role is not a call center position; you will communicate directly with customers, provide product recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Farmers Branch, TX.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or account management experience.
• Comfortable communicating with customers without scripts.
• Ability to understand products and recommend solutions to customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with order entry or inside sales is a plus.

Job Location:

• Farmers Branch, TX

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Rate of pay:

• $18-$24 per hour
