Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry procedures and POS systems.
• Clear courteous communication via person, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations while maintaining professionalism.
• Process and manage transactions at the sales counter using the computer system.
• Provide product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes with accurate material estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely logistics.
• Assist in cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Communicate customer needs and special order requests to management.
