Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. in Middleton, ID, seeks a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Sales representative to be a key touchpoint for customers, handling accurate order entry and smooth interactions at the sales counter.

You will process orders, support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries, while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with irrigation or landscaping products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person at the sales counter.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions using the company system.
• Participate in cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with management and team to communicate customer needs and special orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations and service.
• Handle a mix of sales counter duties and related tasks with a tidy workspace.
