Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Counter Sales/customer sales role. This position is a key customer touchpoint, responsible for accurate order entry and smooth interactions.

The role requires multitasking across ordering, inventory accuracy, and logistics to support delivery timelines, with overtime during peak seasons. The role emphasizes professionalism and reliability, supporting the Heritage Family of Companies' reputation for quality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in warehouses and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes based on customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries with precision.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory handling (picking, staging, replenishment, shipping/receiving).
• Communicate customer needs and special orders to management and team.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to optimize operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
