Heritage Pool Supply - Saginaw is seeking a Counter Sales Customer Associate to handle order entry, assist customers in person, and support inventory and delivery coordination.

You will provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, process transactions at the counter, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate service. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and by email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Offer product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes with accurate measurements.
• Schedule truck deliveries and coordinate logistics with customers.
• Participate in inventory activities including cycle counts and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with management to address customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
