Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Counter Sales associate to handle order entry, assist customers, and coordinate deliveries at the sales counter and warehouse environment. You will provide product guidance, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Overtime during peak seasons is possible; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Clear, courteous communication in person, over the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter via phone, email, or in-person.
• Accurately process transactions and manage orders at the counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries.
• Participate in inventory management including cycle counts and receiving.
