Qualifications

• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
• Strong customer-service attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with walk-in and phone customers, assist customers and represent the company professionally.
• Process, pull and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handle questions and complaints professionally; perform data entry for sales orders and invoicing.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
• Assist in evaluating warranties and delivery date estimates.
