Job summary

This on-site role requires at least 2 years in customer service or sales, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and order entry.
• Clear, courteous communication in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem‑solve under pressure.
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 50 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person at the sales counter.
• Process and manage customer transactions accurately using the company system.
• Offer product recommendations and pricing to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes from customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries and assist logistics.
• Participate in cycle counts, picking, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with management and team to satisfy customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Work with warehouse and sales staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues, align with company policies.
