Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. in Miami is seeking a diligent Counter Sales associate to handle order entry, assist customers, and coordinate deliveries at the sales counter.

You will process transactions, provide product recommendations, assist with quotes, and work with warehouse staff to keep inventory accurate and orders on schedule. The role is on‑site, full‑time, with overtime during peak seasons and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Clear and courteous communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in‑person, via phone, and email.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure on‑time service.
• Assist with cycle counts, picking, staging, and shipping/receiving to support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to communicate customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and promote safety.
