Job summary

COORDINATED CARE service inc seeks a COTI lead peer to provide supervisory support to department peers and administrative support to the COTI program under program management oversight.

Responsibilities include coordinating peer workflow, deploying COTI staff, delivering in-community services, and preparing statistics and reports while maintaining positive relationships with providers and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with diverse staff and vendors
• Strong verbal communication and networking to build provider relationships
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and manage time under pressure
• Experience supervising peers and collaborating with HR on performance issues
• Plan development to obtain QHP status in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to peers in coordination with the program manager
• Assist in daily management of workflow for the COTI team and deployment of staff
• Provide in-community services as needed
• Prepare statistical data and reports
• Interface with provider agencies and maintain positive relationships
• Expand regional familiarity with COTI and agency services
• Participate in the agency peer leadership team including training/credentialing
• Participate in the COTI on-call rotation
• Schedule requires a mix of day, evening and weekend hours
• Perform other duties as directed
