Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates motivational team building and group supervision.
• Provides direct oversight to peers and clinicians through audits and observations.
• Completes staff evaluations as prescribed by the agency.
• Leads and participates in staff and supervisory meetings.
• Maintains reporting, records and statistics as directed.
• Develops and maintains relationships with community groups and referral sources.
• Participates in community presentations and training programs.
• Ensures coordination of care and staff scheduling.
• Contributes to policies and procedures for COTI and in-community programs.
