Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions seeks a Peer Support Lead Supervisor to oversee the Peer Support Program, provide guidance and training, and supervise Peer Support Supervisors and Specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery services and a positive team culture.

This role requires leadership, program development, collaboration with clinical staff, and ongoing quality assurance, with 40-hour work weeks in our Oregon locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS).
• 5 years of experience in mental health and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Peer Support Program and staff.
• Lead program development, policy updates and quality assurance.
• Design and deliver peer support training and professional growth.
• Monitor service quality and client outcomes, ensuring compliance.
• Engage clients and collaborate with community partners and teams.
• Represent CCS in meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
