Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to lead a national Cost Segregation practice within the Forensic & Valuation Services Team. The role focuses on strategic leadership, business development, and expanding services across East and West Coast offices.

You will drive growth, mentor professionals, and collaborate with tax partners and leadership to maximize client value and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree, MBA, CPA, or other credential preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, engineering-based tax services, or related field.
• Proven experience leading and growing a professional services practice or business unit.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost segregation methodologies, tangible property regulations, and depreciation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Leading cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of cost segregation professionals.
• Fostering business development and managing client relationships.
