Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services Team. This role may be based in any East or West Coast office and offers the opportunity to build and lead a national Cost Segregation practice.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in cost segregation with leadership, operational excellence, and business development capabilities, driving growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in cost segregation or related tax advisory work.
• Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cost segregation engagements from start to delivery.
• Perform cost segregation studies for commercial and residential properties.
• Advise clients on benefits of cost segregation and tax planning.
• Research tax laws and IRS guidance to maximize deductions.
• Develop scalable processes and mentor a high-performing team.
