Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our growing Forensic & Valuation Services Team. This role leads a national Cost Segregation practice, combining deep technical expertise with leadership and business development.

You will drive market growth, mentor professionals, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand offerings nationwide, while delivering engineering-based analyses for various real estate assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 10+ years in cost segregation, tax consulting, or related field.
• Proven leadership and business development experience.
• Strong understanding of cost segregation methodologies and deductions.

• Lead and manage cost segregation engagements from assessment to delivery.
• Develop national growth strategy and expand client base.
