Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to build and lead a national Cost Segregation practice. The role blends technical depth with leadership, business development, and scalable process design across East/West Coast offices.

You will drive market growth, mentor teams, and partner with Tax Partners to deliver value to clients across real estate assets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA, CPA or other credential preferred.
• 10+ years in cost segregation, tax consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading and growing a professional services practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Lead business development initiatives and expand client relationships.
• Manage cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment to final delivery.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and regional leaders to expand offerings nationwide.
