Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services team. This role leads a national cost segregation practice, blends technical expertise with leadership, and reports to the National Tax Services Group Leader.

You will drive market growth, develop scalable processes, mentor professionals, and collaborate with Tax Partners and client teams across the country to maximize deductions and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or other credential preferred.
• 10+ years of cost segregation or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Lead cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to expand services.
• Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives.
• Stay current on tax laws and IRS guidance affecting cost segregation.
