Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services Team. This role may be based in any East or West Coast office and offers the opportunity to build and lead a national Cost Segregation practice, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, operations, and business development capabilities.

You will drive market growth, mentor teams, design scalable processes, and collaborate with firm leadership to expand service offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant credential preferred.
• 10+ years of cost segregation, tax consulting, or related experience.
• Proven experience leading and growing a professional services practice.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all cost segregation engagements end-to-end.
• Develop national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Mentor staff and build scalable processes.
• Collaborate with regional and national leaders to expand client base.
• Drive business development initiatives and manage pipelines.
• Maintain quality control across engagements.
