Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to join our Forensic & Valuation Services Team. This role may be based in any East Coast or West Coast office and offers the opportunity to build and lead a national Cost Segregation practice, combining technical expertise with leadership, operations, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Collaborate with regional, industry, and national leadership to identify market opportunities.
• Drive expansion and penetration within strategic tax clients and target markets.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage opportunities and pipeline.
• Mentor and develop team members; report revenue through firm processes.
• Lead and manage cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment to delivery.
• Research tax laws and IRS guidance to provide strategic client guidance.
