Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Cost Segregation Senior Manager/Principal to lead our national Cost Segregation practice. Based on the East or West Coast, you will guide business development, technical delivery, and practice leadership across real estate sectors nationwide.

You will partner with Tax Partners and Client Service Leaders to maximize deductions, improve cash flow, and expand services. The role demands senior-level expertise, strong leadership, and ability to drive strategic growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, CPA, or other relevant credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for Cost Segregation services.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional and national leadership.
• Drive business development initiatives, pipeline management, and client relationship growth.
• Lead cost segregation studies from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
• Establish scalable processes, quality control, and training programs for the practice.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management

MBA, CPA or other professional credential preferred
