Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in cost segregation, tax consulting, or related field.
• Proven leadership of a professional services practice.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost segregation engagements from opportunity assessment through final delivery.
• Perform studies for commercial and residential properties.
• Research tax laws, regulations, and IRS guidance.
• Develop national growth strategy and drive market expansion.
