Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Cost Management/Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on complex, high-profile projects. This role focuses on strategic direction, mentorship, and embedding Turner & Townsend values across projects and teams.

The candidate will interface with clients and stakeholders, oversee cost controls, change management, and performance reporting while driving best practices and continuous improvement across commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of cost management experience in construction.
• SME in Quantity Surveying; RICS certified or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management on complex, high-profile projects.
• Interface with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all stages.
• Maintain excellent communication with client and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities.
• Coordinate cost management delivery and project controls services across sectors.
