Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through a value-added cost management service. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects (high complexity).
• RICS accreditation preferred or working toward it.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate cost changes through the construction lifecycle.
• Prepare and present cost plans and updates.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractors.
• Produce monthly cost reports and maintain cost validation processes.
• Support value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Lead cost checks and valuations on large projects.
