Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for key client accounts and major programs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, value-driven cost consultancy and acting as a senior client interface across multiple project phases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within construction.
• SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
• Strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management services for key client accounts and major programs.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and consultants throughout projects.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management across the lifecycle.
• Drive commercial performance and project controls in multiple sectors.
• Provide weekly updates to management on project status, initiatives and staffing.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive best-practice delivery.
