Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for major client portfolios. This role demands strong leadership, client engagement, and comprehensive cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

The position requires delivering high-quality cost management services, mentoring staff, and driving best practices across projects and programs. On-site work at client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in construction
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team and interface with client and stakeholders
• Oversee cost controls, change management and reporting
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for cost management
• Coordinate with owner’s representatives, general contractor and consultants
• Provide weekly project status updates and strategic guidance to management
