Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for key clients. The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and deep experience in quantity surveying across multiple project stages.

The candidate will mentor teams, drive best practices, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver accurate cost reporting and value management. On-site requirements may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
• SME in Quantity Surveying, and RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services for a key client or several clients.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services.
• Be the first point of contact for reporting on the overall commercial status of a project.
• Develop and implement internal business management systems and delivery methodologies.

Education

Graduate degree in quantity surveying/cost management/construction management/engineering (preferred)
