Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services across major capital construction projects and client accounts. This leadership role is responsible for driving commercial excellence, overseeing project delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of cost management services.

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in cost management in construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation; SME in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership for a cost management team and ensure delivery of all accountabilities.
• Lead interfacing with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Maintain excellent communication with client(s) and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities across projects.
• Coordinate reporting on overall commercial status and drive best-practice in cost management.
• Develop and mentor talent, set strategy, and drive business growth initiatives.
