Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and deliver comprehensive cost management services on complex construction projects.

This role will support the successful planning, procurement, delivery, and closeout of major capital construction programs, ensuring robust cost control, commercial governance, and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience on construction projects.
• RICS accreditation is valuable and considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies and manage bid processes and evaluations.
• Develop project estimates covering construction, fees and direct costs.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and risk assessments for clients.
• Oversee payment assessments, change orders and contract disputes.
• Lead final accounting, post-contract audits and lessons learned.
