Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying or construction management preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cost management within construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team and interface with client and stakeholders.
• Perform cost controls, quantity surveying, and change management.
• Develop and report on project commercial status using KPIs.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive best practice across projects.
• Coordinate procurement strategies and reporting.
