Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or equivalent preferred; must obtain within 1 year
• Knowledge of capital and services cost
• Knowledge of scope change management
• Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations
• Assist with scope change management
• Coordinate data to conform to the estimate preparation plan
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates
• Prepare budgets, cost reports, and cost data analyses
• Support project managers and engineers to meet project goals
• Travel up to 25% as required
