The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and a CPA-like CPT certification is preferred with a 1-year completion window. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost engineering or project controls.
• Certification: Certified Cost Professional (AACE) preferred; must obtain within 1 year.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost; scope change management.
