L&R DISTRIBUTORS in Nashville is seeking a Field Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed across assigned retail locations. The role supports store resets by implementing planograms and relocating products to meet company and retailer standards.

The position offers part-time hours (up to 20–33 per week in Nashville area) with potential to transition to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours are met weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with planograms and store resets is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory according to store guidelines using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute store visits per process, including merchandising delivery and photo documentation.
• Implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays.
• Ensure resets meet company standards and timelines.
• Maintain shelves, fixtures, and displays and communicate with store staff.
• Perform store surveys and audits as needed.
