Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail locations across the West, Central, and East regions.

You will ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed, assist with store resets, planograms, and maintain shelves in line with company standards. The role offers up to 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes following assigned call frequencies.
• Implement planograms and resets per instructions.
• Maintain displays and ensure compliance with timelines and standards.
• Communicate with store staff and managers after each visit.
• Verify shipments and returns per company policy.
