Job summary

L&R is the leading cosmetics distributor serving retail chains across the United States. The Field Merchandiser will ensure products are stocked, organized, and displayed, supporting store resets by implementing planograms, relocating products, and maintaining standards.

The role requires merchandising experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with tablets and Repsly. Territory coverage includes Kentucky regions with 6 AM–5 PM hours and potential transition to full-time after

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes including merchandising delivery and stock levels.
• Implement planograms and resets to match provided instructions.
• Ensure resets meet company and retailer standards.
• Install/adjust shelving and fixtures as needed.
• Handle returns per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff after each visit.
