L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a part-time to full-time Reset Merchandiser to service retail stores across Texas and surrounding regions. The role focuses on implementing planograms, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays meet company and retailer standards.

You will work on a seasonal, project-based schedule with potential overtime and overnight travel, averaging up to 40 hours weekly, with opportunities to transition to full-time after 60 days for consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or resets preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and schematic reading desirable.
• Cosmetics reset/merchandising experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays and fixtures.
• Remove, stock and place products to ensure merchandising flow.
• Pack merchandise and process returns per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and optimize sales performance.
• Install shelving and fixtures per planogram specifications.
• Complete resets on time and communicate progress to store leadership.
• Use reporting tools to document task completion.
