Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores in Indiana and surrounding regions. You will stock, organize, and display products, and support store resets by implementing planograms and adjusting displays.

Territories include Franklin, Bloomington, Shelbyville, Rushville, and Columbus. Hours are up to 25 per week, typically 6 AM–5 PM with an 8 PM deadline; pay is $15.00/hour plus mileage/toll reimbursement and drive time.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and using a ladder safely.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner and Repsly.
• Service routes and coordinate with District Manager.
• Implement planograms and resets to meet standards and timelines.
• Install shelving and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns following guidelines and maintain stock levels.
• Communicate professionally with store staff and management.
