Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across assigned regions. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets with new planograms.

Territories include Gainesville, GA, with up to 30 hours weekly. Paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and part-time benefits are provided; opportunity to move to full-time after 60 days with 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Familiar with resets and planograms.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes per call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit process and complete task forms including photos.
• Implement planograms to reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Ensure resets meet standards and timelines.
• Install/adjust shelving and fixtures per planograms.
