Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Mansfield, OH and surrounding areas. This role supports resets, sets shelves, and ensures displays meet company and retailer standards while using tablets and Repsly for orders and updates.

The position offers up to 30 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time after 60 days if performance and hours meet expectations. Mileage reimbursement and benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes with assigned call frequencies.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays.
• Maintain stock levels and update task forms.
• Take photos and complete store surveys as needed.
• Communicate with store staff and management.
