Job summary

L&R Distributors is seeking a Field Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products across assigned retail locations. You will support store resets by implementing planograms, relocating products, setting shelves, and ensuring all displays meet company and retailer standards.

Territories include Hagerstown, MD and nearby regions; hours are up to 25 hours weekly with daytime service windows. A driving role with ladders and physical work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders safely.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner per guidelines.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Maintain stock levels and complete requested store projects.
• Communicate professionally with store staff and management.
