Job summary

L&R Distributors is seeking a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores such as Albertsons and Kroger across the West, Central, and East Coast regions. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products while supporting store resets with new planograms and compliant displays.

Territories include Aurora, Denver, and Bennett, CO, with up to 40 hours weekly. Up to 6 AM–5 PM shifts, mileage/toll reimbursement, and potential transition to full-time after

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner leveraging Repsly software.
• Service store routes according to assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes, update task forms, and capture photos for stock checks.
• Accurately implement planograms and resets for cosmetics displays and fixtures.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planogram specs.
• Process returns per returns and reclamation guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, and returns.
• Communicate professionally with store staff during visits.
• Conduct store surveys and audits, including photographing departments.
• Support additional stores as needed.
