Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions. The role ensures products are stocked, organized, and displayed, and supports store resets using planograms and schematics. Territories include Bowling Green, KY and nearby areas.

Hours are up to 25 per week with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Part-time benefits apply; potential transition to full-time after meeting weekly hour targets. Strong communication with store staff is required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet/scanner and Repsly.
• Service store routes with District Manager guidance.
• Execute resets and install planograms to specs.
• Maintain stock levels and complete task forms with photos.
• Communicate with store staff during visits.
