Job summary

L&R is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores and support resets across multiple regions. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and implementing new planograms within stores.

The position offers up to 30 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time. Pay is $20.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetics displays per instructions.
• Install shelves, hooks, and fixtures to match planograms.
• Maintain stock levels and process returns per guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with store management and staff.
