Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Ohio and nearby states. The role ensures products are stocked, displayed, and refreshed to match planograms and retailer standards.

Territories include Lancaster, Reynoldsburg, Athens, Belpre, Columbus, Logan, Marietta, Trimble, Parkersburg, and Ripley. Hours up to 30 per week, service hours 6 AM–5 PM with 8 PM drop-dead time.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Place orders using tablet and scanner via Repsly.
• Service store routes according to the assigned call frequencies.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays and fixtures.
• Maintain displays and shelves to company and retailer standards.
• Photograph and document store surveys and issues.
• Assist with store needs and communicate with managers.
