Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays set, and planograms implemented to standard. You will work with a tablet and scanner, supporting resets and store audits.

You will help maintain product availability, coordinate with store staff, and uphold company standards and timelines. Growth opportunities and benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner with Repsly software.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Implement resets and set shelves to planogram specifications and timelines.
• Conduct store surveys and audits, including photographing departments.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
• Communicate professionally with store management and associates.
