L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores and execute resets according to planograms across assigned territories. The role supports store merchandise placement, pictures, and order processing using a tablet and Repsly.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones; able to operate a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Place inventory orders and follow store guidelines using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Maintain stock levels and complete store visit tasks and photos.
