Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions from Lake Charles, LA. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, executing store resets, and ensuring all displays align with company standards.

The position is part-time to full-time, with opportunities to transition to full-time after meeting weekly hour targets. You will work with tablets and scanners, implement planograms, and maintain strong communication with store

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes per call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit process, update task forms, and take photos for stock checks.
• Implement planograms and resets to exact specifications.
• Ensure resets meet company and retailer standards and timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns per guidelines and stay informed on promotions and invoicing.
