DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Business Development professional to help expand cosmetic services and referral networks within our nationwide practice. The role includes coordinating seminars, educating patients about products, and maintaining strong communication among doctors, staff, and referring physicians.

Responsibilities span marketing coordination, creating materials, tracking referrals, and supporting receptionist and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; sales/social media focus preferred.
• Proven success meeting sales objectives with strong customer service.
• Superior written and verbal communication to motivate others.
• Confidentiality and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop business development plans and manage internal/external marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cosmetic seminars and patient education; manage invitations and follow-up.
• Identify referral sources and manage multi-channel communications with physicians and staff.
• Create marketing materials and specials; train staff on cosmetic products.
